2009 International Workshop on Urban Search and Rescue Robotics
Emergency response applications, such as, urban search and rescue and bomb disposal, have become common endeavors for mobile robots. 2009 international workshop on Urban Search and Rescue Robotics is organized in conjuction with Thailand Rescue Robot Championship 2009, held on December 6-10, 2009. The Workshop aims to be an international forum for presentation of technological advances and hand on workshop in urban search and rescue operations. In the workshop, participants will be able to demonstrate their robots in terms of mobility, sensory perception, localization, mapping, manipulation, etc. This event will be the perfect place to promote collaboration among researchers.
